Eric de Coulon was one of the masters of French and Swiss poster art between the two World Wars. On this wonderful Art Deco poster for the Klausen Race of 1927 he created an almost dizzying sense of speed, with the race car captured just partially as it climbs up the steep road leading over the Klausen pass.
