Pro Patria scout evening – Schützengarten

The Pro Patria Scouts' Evening took place in 1939 in the Schützengarten in St. Gallen and was musically accompanied by Hans Möckel, who exactly from that year onwards was the band leader of the Swing Pulis in St. Gallen and played the saxophone and clarinet there himself. He gathered some jazz enthusiasts from the circle of fellow students at the cantonal school around him. A designer named Gandi created this rare original poster showing a drumming scout. Rarity.
