About this poster

The talented Basel designer Donald Brun created this charming poster with the leaping lamb at the end of the Second World War to promote tourism in Switzerland. The flowers and insects in the foreground are lovingly drawn in such detail that we can almost hear the humming of the summer meadows. Meanwhile, in the background, almost as if through a light haze, we can see the idyllic image of a tiny village by a lake against an Alpine backdrop. Authentic original poster from 1945 in very good A-grade condition, French language version.
