This poster alludes to a poem by Gottfried August Bürger that says "The worst fruits are not what the wasps gnaw on." The National Ring of Independents was a social-liberal Swiss party that existed from 1936 to 1999. It was co-founded by Migros founder Gottlieb Duttweiler.
