The famous and talented Basel designer Herbert Leupin is known for his object, product and travel posters. His creative streak is evident here in the realisation of the poster campaign for the former Zurich Federal Insurance company. This original poster with the text ‘sleep soundly’ was created by Leupin in 1954.

Herbert LEUPIN was born in Beinwil am See in 1916. He lived in Basel and later in his life he moved to the Italian part of Switzerland, where he died in 1999.
