This original 1958 poster was designed by Swiss graphic designer Rolf Bangerter to advertise anti-frost liquid from BP (British Petroleum).

Rolf BANGERTER was born in 1922 in Aarau, lived in Zurich and studied lithography, graphic design and copywriting. He founded one of the first advertising agencies in Switzerland in 1966. The agency became well-known for Bangerter’s advertisements for national and international companies such as Philips, BP, Sharp and various food and beverage producers.
