About this poster
This is a wonderful example of Otto Baumberger’s airplane transport posters from the 1920’s. With the simple colouring using primary colours and the elegant design the artist created a truly eye catching poster for the Traffic Aerien Zurich.

Otto Baumberger was born in Zurich in 1889. He served an apprenticeship as a lithographer and took courses at the Zurich Art School (Kunstgewerbeschule) from 1905 to 1907.
