Born in the Zurich area, Giuseppe Reichmuth is a provocative painter, an artist with a great sense of humour, which is probably also due to his Italian roots. His paintings with the dinosaur on the motorway or the well-known work Zurich Ice Age - have become a symbol of the youth movement of the 1980s. With his works or his later exhibition in Zurich's Stadthaus, the rebellious artist wanted to clean the stink out of the city with subversive charm.... The original posters for the Zurich Jazz Festival or the Zurich Theatre Spectacle are vivid examples of Reichmuth's memorable design style.
