This very fine, original Art Deco poster by the famous Swiss artist Otto Ernst shows a view of the village of Wengen and the snow-covered mountains of the Bernese Oberland. A perfect stone lithograph and a rarity.

Otto ERNST was born in 1884 in he Swiss canton of Aargau. After his apprenticeship as a graphic designer, he studied in Florence and in Paris where in 1910 he became a student of Eugène Grasset at the Académie de la Grande Chaumière.
