The Sport-Toto-Gesellschaft (STG) is an association that was founded in 1938 with the purpose of raising funds to support and co-finance sport. The Sport-Toto-Gesellschaft does not conduct sports betting (any more), but still lobbies for the lottery companies Swisslos and Loterie Romande, which are active today. The effective advertising poster for Sport-Toto was designed by Herbert Leupin from Basel in 1959.

Herbert LEUPIN was born in Beinwil am See in 1916. He lived in Basel and later in his life he moved to the Italian part of Switzerland, where he died in 1999.
