The bestseller list of Swiss inventions certainly includes the riri zipper by Othmar Winterhalter from 1924. The designers Fritz Bühler & Ruodi Barth coined the riri advertising campaigns in the 1940s: a surprising implementation of the use of the zipper on the back of the stylised lady on this original poster from 1949.
