This poster called for the support of a campaign to save the Aero Club in 1938, since the club was in trouble financially. In subsequent years, the Pro Aero foundation conducted several more fund-raising campaigns, which were important in lending momentum to the development of aviation in Switzerland. A very rare lithograph designed by the talented Zurich poster designer Otto Baumberger.

Otto Baumberger was born in Zurich in 1889. He served an apprenticeship as a lithographer and took courses at the Zurich Art School (Kunstgewerbeschule) from 1905 to 1907.
