About this poster

Donald Brun the famous Basel graphic designer worked in almost every field of visual communication but mainly for consumer goods. His posters were unique in terms of the unique selling positioning of the product, the message and the humouristic side of it. In this poster for the Cigarette brand Algérienne JOB he advertised the position of the brand at the time - and at the same time used in this poster a strong typography by using two cigarettes for the letter A like Algérienne. Excellent work.
