About this poster

Charles Loupot spent his youth in Switzerland and learned the art of lithography at J.E. Wolfensberger in Zurich. His first posters were created in Switzerland, like this rare and beautiful 1922 lithograph poster for the printing company and publishing house Orell Füssli. Loupot used illustrative effects, and elements of purism made his style strictly graphic.
