To celebrate the 60th birthday of the great Zurich graphic designer Otto Baumberger, the Kunsthaus Zurich showed an exhibition of his paintings, watercolours, drawings and lithographs from 14 January to 12 February 1950.

Otto Baumberger was born in Zurich in 1889. He served an apprenticeship as a lithographer and took courses at the Zurich Art School (Kunstgewerbeschule) from 1905 to 1907.
