About this poster
The venerable poster master Emil Cardinaux designed a number of posters for the Jungfrau Railway at the beginning of the last century - most of them were printed by the "Wolfsberg" litho company. Here is an amazing oriiginal poster with a beautiful view and rare lithograph showing winter hikers of the Jungfrau Mountains in courageous female company. Emil Cardinaux was in harmony with nature, which shaped his style of composition. His enthusiasm for the Swiss mountains can also be seen in this composition. An absolute rarity and a must-have for a passionate collector and nostalgic lover of Cardinaux posters.
