For Jelmoli, one of Zurich’s largest department stores, the famous Zurich artist Otto Baumberger designed quite a few extraordinary posters. This poster advertises the variety of toys sold at the famous store and is a very rare poster finely printed in stone-lithography by the Wolfensberger printers.

Otto Baumberger was born in Zurich in 1889. He served an apprenticeship as a lithographer and took courses at the Zurich Art School (Kunstgewerbeschule) from 1905 to 1907.
