A native of the canton of Neuchâtel, Pierre Favre is a Swiss jazz drummer and percussionist. In the 1960s, Favre was a drummer in Max Greger's big band orchestra. The poster for the 1984 Jazz Festival, at which Favre Percussion performed, gives us a visual representation of the sounds of the drums.
