About this poster

The Forst brewery, founded in 1857, is the largest beer brewery of South Tyrol and is located near Merano. This cheerful and humorous poster by Bernese graphic designer Rolf Gfeller shows a man in traditional South Tyrol costume holding up a gigantic beer barrel. On it lie numerous objects that have something to do with South Tyrol’s most famous products and leisure activities, among which are skis, a walking stick, a pretzel and of course a large jug of Forst beer. An attractive and decorative poster for South Tyrol and beer lovers!
