Plinio Codognato was born in Verona in 1878, became a student at the „Scuola di Pittura e Scultura“ in Brenzoni and at the Academy of Cignaroli. He worked as a graphic designer in Verona, from 1918 on in Milan. His most favorite clients and poster images belonged to the motor and car industry.
