About this poster

A rare original 1920s poster for the Dosenbach shoe company, which was founded in Bremgarten in 1865. The designer, Hubo Laubi, also worked as an illustrator and created many humoristic drawings for clients including the Swiss satire magazine Nebelspalter. His talent as a caricaturist is apparent in this amusing design.
