About this poster

The painter and poster artist Otto Baumberger was a chameleon: he created the right advertising message for each of his customers. In the 1930s, the Steinfels soap factory offered customers the chance to collect Steinfels pictures and advertised with exceptionally effective billboards. The one from 1935 was created by Otto Baumberger - the poster itself has become a collector's item today.
