About this poster
Emil Cardinaux designed several beautiful posters for the Bally shoe company between 1924 and 1936. Back in Bern, from about 1905 on, he turned to applied graphics as a means of livelihood and eventually became one of Switzerland's most pioneering and prominent poster artists.
