Poster collecton of the month: Film – In front of and behind the cameras

The 77th Cannes Film Festival will take place from May 14 to 25, 2024. Switzerland also has a long tradition of film festivals, with the Locarno, Nyon and Solothurn festivals and, since 2005, the Zurich Film Festival. The Filmpodium is a cultural institution of the city of Zurich and a partner cinema of Cinématique suisse. These Swiss art house cinemas show retrospectives of classics from film history, advertised with award-winning posters by well-known poster designers.
