Max Bill in Chiasso
The m.a.x. museo in Chiasso presents max bill (1908–1994): the grammar of beauty from 29 March to 12 July 2026 as part of their “masters of the 20th century” series.
Featuring over 150 works of painting, sculpture, graphic design and product design, the exhibition reveals the connections between Max Bill’s creative practice, theoretical thinking and cultural influence. It highlights his role as a leading figure in Modernist culture and the development of concrete art, with particular reference to his connections between Zurich, the Canton of Ticino and Italy.
