Stalden Crème is an iconic Swiss product that brings back memories of our childhood. In 1892 a factory was established in Stalden near Konolfingen by the newly founded “Berneralpen Milchgesellschaft”. The company sold dairy products under the “Bärenmarke” label through its European branches and in Asian overseas colonies. 1903 was the launch of the legendary Stalden cream. The dairy company was taken over by Nestlé in 1971. In 2020, as the brand is unknown outside Switzerland, Nestlé decided that it no longer fit into its range and sold it to Guma AG, a food manufacturer in Glarus. Production was relocated from Konolfingen to Bilten.
