Hans Neuburg

Hans Neuburg was born in 1904 in Bohemia (now Czech Republic) and died 1983 in Zurich, Switzerland.

He completed a technical apprenticeship p with Orell Füssli, then worked as a graphic designer and copywriter with several Zurich companies. In 1936, he opened his own graphic desing studio.

Neuburg was a co-founder of „New Graphic Design“, a member of AGI and mainly worked for industrial graphic design, posters, logotypes, exhibition stands and catalogues. He had a big influence on industrial graphic design in his time based on his strong constructivist principles.
